Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases . Pickups are available Sunday – Saturday from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Orders over $100.

Shipping Fees

For shipments to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), the following shipping rates can be selected:

Ground Advantage (2-6 business days after *processing) – from $4.75
Priority Mail (2-3 business days after *processing) – from $9.65
Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days after *processing) – from $28.75

*Processing Times: In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.

Please note that a $10 surcharge will be added to your total order cost for each item that is oversized and/or weighs 15 pounds or more. Products which have this surcharge are labeled on the page.

You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your postal code in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the contiguous U.S.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders only ship out on business days, which are Monday – Friday

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page.
