Lorcana Inklands Championship

FAQ

• • Registration starts at 11:15 am. The Championship will begin promptly at noon. Players not registered (including completed deck lists) by 12 noon will not be allowed to join.
  • Kids are welcome and encouraged to play. There is no age limit, but kids must be able to play independently. Parents cannot help with shuffling or game play. Adults WILL be welcoming and encouraging to kids.
  • We will play 3-6 rounds depending on number of players, each round being 50 minutes. If we have more than 17 players, we will play 5 rounds and then we will cut to the top 8 players and do single elimination to determine top winners.
  • The event is free to attend, and everyone will receive a free Lorcana pack at the end of the event.
  • Seating is limited to 36, first come first seated.
  • Players will bring a constructed deck and deck list. We will be doing deck checks. Decks must follow Lorcana rules (no fake cards, at least 60 cards, etc).
  • Absolutely no proxy or fake cards. Anyone found using proxy/fake cards will be immediately disqualified.
  • Decks can only have two ink colors. (If you have Ruby and Sapphire, you can’t also have cards with Steel for example.)
  • Decks cannot contain more than 4 of a single card. Character cards with different subtitles are considered different cards.
  • Cards from First Chapter, Rise of the Floodborn and Inklands are all legal in this event.
  • You must use the same deck for the entire event. Deck boxes, binders and bags must not be on the table during the event.
  • We are hoping to have product available for sale for all three releases, but do not yet have details or pricing available. This will be announced at the event.

Players of all ages are welcome, including kids.  This is a kid-friendly game in a kid-friendly environment. There is no age requirement, but kids must be able to read and play the game independently against other kids or adults.  Parents will not be allowed to assist during the game, including strategy, shuffling, word clarification, etc.

No proxies or counterfeit cards.  Players found using proxies/counterfeits will be removed from the event and will not be awarded any prizing.

The game environment will be kept fun and family friendly. There will be no profanity, graphic talk, alcohol, tobacco or vaping.  Adults will be friendly and encouraging to younger players and each other.  Bullying, intimidation and harassment will not be tolerated.
